At St. Francis Xavier, our athletics program builds teamwork, character, and school spirit. We encourage healthy lifestyles, sportsmanship, and Ignatian values that extend beyond the playing field.
Athletic Programs
St. Francis Xavier prides ourself on a long tradition of athletics. We believe school sports foster teamwork, facilitate personal and social development and promote school spirit. The SFX sports program strives to support a healthy lifestyle, develop sportsmanship and instill life long lessons and Ignatian values that will translate outside the field of competition.
CYAA Participation (Grades 5–8)
St. Francis Xavier participates in the Catholic Youth Athletic Association (CYAA). Students in grades 5–8 can join the following sports:

Winter Sports

If your child plans to participate in a sport this upcoming school year, please complete the following forms:
St. Francis Xavier Athletic Association (SFXAA)
SFXAA is separate from the school’s athletic program and operates year-round leagues on our fields for children ages 4–14. The association’s mission is to build skills, foster sportsmanship, and have fun. What began as a baseball league now includes T-ball, boys’ baseball, girls’ softball, youth soccer, and a fall baseball league. For more information, visit the SFXAA website.
